GFI FaxMaker Online uses email-to-fax and fax-to-email, regardless of which email server or service you use. It could be Microsoft® Exchange Server, Lotus Notes, Office 365, Google Apps, or any other SMTP server or service.  

To send a fax securely, users print from any of their applications to the GFI FaxMaker Online printer driver, or via SMTP or HTTPS. 

The administration portal allows customers to manage their online fax solution from a web browser, making it easy to Add/edit/suspend/remove/move users, administrators and departments to the service, request new Direct Inward Dialing (DID) inventory, Link users to a specific DID, and manage cover pages in addition to detailed reporting.  

 Using the mail merge facility of Microsoft Word or of the Office Suite of products, you can send personalized fax broadcasts. Microsoft Office supports Open Database Connectivity, and the recipient list can be retrieved from any data source, including Microsoft SQL Server®, Microsoft Access® and many more.
